Handshake.
Effect-The player that uses this offers a handshake and if the other players excepts both there guardian bakugan get +100

If the person does not accept you can play another special ability.

this card can be used at a disatvantage if the othe player chooses not to accept as you waste a card ........but you should make it such that if a person refuses,it cannot be used for the entire brawl but it does not count as an ability being wasted.........

XD Sounds like a Yu-Gi-Oh card...

The drawback to the handshake is a bit harsh.
