something I sooooo do not get.......

it says in the description of all the teams that "here you can discuss strategies suited for your attribute ,but all the topics posted says things like 'willing to join' and can i join??'.........could someone fill me in.............."

No one feels up to posting their "secret" and "valuable" strategies here, since it harms their chances of becoming Leader if the fellow team member knows all their tricks.
