More Changes

A $ count called "BakuBucks" has been installed. They will increase by 10 for every post. Also, a sub-forum for Fan-Fics which allow card and bakugan creation has been added. If a Bakugan or Card is Approved, it will be placed in the $BB$ Store for sale.
